Keep Journals :
Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss a lot.” Our lives has became very hectic, making it easy to get caught up in the day-to-day. Our responsibilities and expectations start to consume us. Journalism is the only way to take a step back from all of that and reflect on yourself. You may begin to notice patterns in your behavior, or in the behavior of others too. The benefits of diary writing is that you are able to look back at pages you’ve written and think about how you’ve changed, discover things you want to change or decide things you need to change.
Write a Poem :
Writing a poem is just like a taking a photograph of your thoughts. You can record your emotions and perspective in written words.
You can read your own poem later in life to remember yourself and experiences that you have forgotten. When you look at that picture, you are a voyeur of your past. With a poem you are far greater extent, the original protagonist.

Enjoying a few hours of your hobby in a day can also reduce the risk of depression and dementia. And this is what will makes you confident.When you get hooked, you will realize that your hobby has become an integral part of your life. Hobbies develop a positive impact both on your personal and professional life.
Building a Supportive Network of Family & Friends :
Human beings do not thrive alone. We need our family and friends as pillars of support, specially in difficult times. Having a strong network of supportive family and friends really helps in enhancing our mental well-being. Everyone needs at least one companionship and a shoulder to lean on it. It is important to surround ourselves with family and friends for support and comfort in both times of joy and misery. Studies have shown that having supportive relationships is a strong protective factor against mental illnesses that helps to increase our mental well-being.
But wait having a supportive network of family and friends does not mean that we can seek to make as many friends as possible for the sake of doing so. Instead, we need to strive to focus on the important relationships with a handful of people in their social circle and try to strengthen these relationships.
It is about building and maintaining a network of those people whom you can trust and fall back on in times of difficulty.
Go Outside :
Being outdoors is fun, but with that more importantly it is good for the brain, body and soul. As little as 5 minutes of outdoor activity can help improve your self-esteem if you’re near water or green space. And even it’s not high-intensity exercise that does it best. More relaxed activity like a walk, bike ride or work in the garden seems to work even better. According to psychologists, exposure to nature helps us shrug off societal pressures, allow us to remember and value more important things like relationships, sharing, and community.
Laugh Out Loud :
Sometimes the stress of our life can make us forget what’s funny and we lose the ability to laugh as much. The average child laughs over 400 times a day, while adults only laugh around 15! We actually don”t know, when did we get that much serious? Laughing relaxes the whole body. A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and worries. Laughing at yourself and sharing your embarrassing moments is the best way to take yourself less seriously. you can Surround yourself with reminders to lighten up you.
